Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through outbound lead generation and attending local cattle auctions
• Execute in-field sales by meeting customers on ranches, in pastures, or at industry events
• Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and relationship management
• Manage sales pipeline and hit ambitious growth targets
• Provide customer account management and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding teams
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment experience
• Gather and advocate for customer feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve customer issues
• Attend industry events like CattleCon to generate leads and network
• Contribute to the evolution of the US sales strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
• Strong background in sales and customer success
• Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
• Background in agriculture technology customer-facing roles
• Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
