Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
• Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
• Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field insights and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D teams to drive product improvements
• Manage a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success

Requirements

• Value-based sales experience with a history of closing deals and building relationships
• Experience in the beef industry or a deep passion for learning farm operations
• Proven ability in territory management and critical thinking
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Ability to thrive under pressure and own results
