Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth and execute sales strategies within the Mississippi territory
- Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local auctions, and industry associations
- Manage in-field sales by engaging customers on ranches, in pastures, or at local events
- Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and relationship management
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding and deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to inform product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize US sales strategy
- Attend industry events like CattleCon to generate leads and deepen relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
- Strong background in sales and customer success, including negotiating value-based deals
- Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the state of Mississippi
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
- Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
