Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and execute sales strategies within the Mississippi territory
• Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local auctions, and industry associations
• Manage in-field sales by engaging customers on ranches, in pastures, or at local events
• Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and relationship management
• Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding and deployment
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize US sales strategy
• Attend industry events like CattleCon to generate leads and deepen relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
• Strong background in sales and customer success, including negotiating value-based deals
• Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the state of Mississippi
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven and proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
• Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
• Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
