Responsibilities
- Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local auctions, and livestock associations
- Execute in-field sales by engaging with customers on ranches, in pastures, or at kitchen tables
- Expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell opportunities
- Manage sales pipelines and hit high-growth sales targets
- Provide customer account management and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding teams
- Own the end-to-end customer experience during product deployment and onboarding
- Gather field feedback to advocate for customer needs to product teams
- Attend industry events and demonstrations to generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize US sales strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
- Strong background in sales and customer success
- Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
- Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
