Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Prospect for new leads through outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Meet high-growth sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts
- Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
- Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
- Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
Requirements
- Experience in value-based sales and territory management
- Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
- Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in post-sales value building and upselling
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Product and Support
