Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and post-sales value building
  • Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
  • Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
  • Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Foster deep relationships within the beef industry and regional agricultural groups

Requirements

  • Experience in value-based sales and customer success
  • Proven track record of closing deals and upselling partnerships
  • Knowledge of beef operations or a deep passion to learn the industry rapidly
  • Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success
  • Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the South Otago region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the agricultural or beef industry
