Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
- Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and post-sales value building
- Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
- Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
- Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Foster deep relationships within the beef industry and regional agricultural groups
Requirements
- Experience in value-based sales and customer success
- Proven track record of closing deals and upselling partnerships
- Knowledge of beef operations or a deep passion to learn the industry rapidly
- Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the South Otago region
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the agricultural or beef industry
