Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
• Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and upselling opportunities
• Manage territory ownership by fostering relationships with regional agricultural groups
• Assist in customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth implementation
• Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
• Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Requirements

• Value-based sales experience with a history of closing deals and building partnerships
• Experience in the beef industry or a deep passion and willingness to learn beef operations
• Proven ability in territory management and critical thinking
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
• High level of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure
