Territory Manager, Eye Care

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives within the San Antonio, TX territory, including Corpus Christi, Edinburg, and McAllen
• Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted Eye Care Professionals (ECPs)
• Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, and patient-centric messages regarding disease states and products
• Leverage disease state knowledge and industry trends to manage and pull-through business opportunities
• Utilize territory business planning tools and CRM to uncover growth opportunities and manage resources
• Collaborate with internal partners and field leadership to provide customer insights and feedback
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards while maintaining high professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience
• Proven track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including potential overnight travel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases
• Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in eye care sales
