Territory Manager Endovascular

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory sales targets by maximizing call effectiveness and developing new business
• Manage tenders, awards, and market trends within the South West England and Wales territory
• Build and maintain strong, compliant relationships with key accounts
• Complete accurate administration, including CRM updates, forecasting, and budget management
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to deliver product training and education
• Support the Regional Sales Manager through cross-territory field support and mentoring

Requirements

• Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry
• Relevant clinical or technical product knowledge
• Tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification (e.g., nursing)
• Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan
• Valid driver's licence
• Proficiency with computer systems for reporting, correspondence, and spreadsheets
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in professional selling within the medical device or pharmaceutical arena
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
