Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for territory performance including revenue, transactions, and venue mix
  • Manage and grow existing venue portfolios through performance conversations and deal optimisations
  • Prospect and sign new venues to replace churn and close market whitespace
  • Build relationships with local hospitality bodies, councils, and industry groups
  • Partner with marketing teams on local events and activations
  • Use platform data to identify at-risk venues and implement intervention programmes

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in account management and new business sales
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios and closing new business
  • Strong commercial judgement and high autonomy
  • Strong in-person presence and ability to build relationships with venue operators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, food tech, SaaS, or marketplaces
  • Local knowledge of the target region and its hospitality precincts
  • Existing network within the local hospitality scene
  • Experience launching or growing new markets
