Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and achieve business goals within the designated region
• Execute product management marketing strategies and promote new products
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KELs)
• Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies
• Organize and manage Continuing Medical Education (CME) events to bolster brand image
• Analyze market trends and provide customer feedback to the Product Management Team
• Maintain accurate data on chemists, doctors, and prescription audits via digital portals

Requirements

• Graduate degree with a science background
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
