About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in the defined Chennai region.
- Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate and execute growth plans.
- Identify and develop new areas and platforms to expand the distribution network.
- Promote new product offerings and special schemes to drive sales growth.
- Ensure distributor compliance with SKF’s policies, branding, and standards.
- Manage account receivables and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in distribution management within Industrial Sales or Engineering product sales.
- Proven experience in the engineering or industrial products industry.
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
- Expertise in territory management and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
