Territory Manager, Digital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined sales territory to achieve and exceed revenue quotas for healthcare IT and SaaS-based solutions.
• Lead a discovery-driven, consultative sales process to identify client needs and position solutions that deliver clinical and operational value.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Territory Business Plans to meet annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders, including clinical, operational, financial, and IT leadership.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and lead commercial discussions regarding SaaS contract structures (SOW, SLA, BAA).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions from sale to deployment.
• Maintain accurate rolling 90-day revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience in healthcare IT or MedTech SaaS.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales of IT, SaaS, or digital solutions to North American healthcare clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and valid passport.
• Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more) within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling digital solutions specifically to ICU, critical care, or high-acuity care environments.
• Familiarity with ECLS, respiratory therapy, or perfusion-related technologies.
• Experience working with Value Analysis Committees and navigating hospital IT procurement processes.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms and clinical software integration.
