Territory Manager, Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Sell Critical Care equipment to potential and existing customers within the assigned territory
• Create and execute strategic selling business plans to capture customer opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, and key decision-makers
• Forecast, monitor, and close sales while providing comprehensive post-sales support
• Promote all Getinge product offerings, including equipment lines, training programs, and service contracts
• Manage product demonstration events and assist with installations
• Track, report, and analyze sales opportunities and territory data with the Regional Manager
• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and maintain high ethical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device sales experience
• Proven experience in high-dollar capital sales
• Experience selling directly to physicians, clinicians, and hospitals/IDNs
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification relevant to Ventilation, Anesthesia, Monitoring products, or Respiratory Therapy/Nursing
• Proven sales track record in relevant product lines
• Miller Heiman Strategic Selling certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools
