About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage face-to-face interactions with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas by appointment.
- Execute B2B sales strategies to pitch and sell capital medical equipment for non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Establish and maintain strong brand presence and product trust with medical specialists and practitioners within the Charlotte region.
- Drive territory growth through proactive relationship building and territory management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 2 to 5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience (e.g., telecommunications, industrial supplies, office furniture, etc.).
- Must provide documented sales numbers or quota percentages achieved on your resume.
- Must reside in the Charlotte, NC area or within standard commuting distance.
- Demonstrated employment stability (preference for candidates with no more than 3 jobs since college graduation).
- Note: Candidates currently employed in traditional medical device or pharmaceutical sales will not be considered for this specific role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetic/laser sales or dental sales involving capital equipment.
