About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and revenue while retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing accounts
- Ensure customer portfolios are secured under service agreements in accordance with set targets
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline of new prospects and major contract re-signs
- Proactively manage customer and prospect relationships to increase market share
- Provide weekly written reports on sales activity and pipeline status
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales systems, track opportunities, and store customer contracts
Requirements
- Significant experience in B2B sales, specifically converting prospects into profitable new business
- Proven ability to develop existing customers to maximize organic revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills regarding terms and billed revenue
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively in a target-driven environment
