About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the DC/Baltimore territory.
- Manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles by partnering with stakeholders in the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration.
- Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to C-Suite executives and key decision-makers to secure contracts and new partnerships.
- Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business through effective discovery and cold calling expertise.
- Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and meeting/exceeding sales targets (e.g., President's Club or high sales rankings).
- Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience engaging with C-Suite executives.
- Demonstrated "hunter mentality" with expertise in cold calling and territory development.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong ability to implement coaching and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling into Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neurology, or Point of Care environments.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while maintaining focus on long-term territory goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse hospital departments and specialties.
