About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration
  • Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships
  • Manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
  • Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business in collaboration with Leadership and Account Managers
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities
  • Conduct effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions to their needs
  • Utilize cold calling expertise to engage potential clients within the hospital setting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets (e.g., President's Club, high sales rankings)
  • Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience selling to the C-Suite
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a coachable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments
  • Strong "hunter mentality" with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while maintaining focus on territory targets
