About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration
- Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships
- Manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business in collaboration with Leadership and Account Managers
- Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities
- Conduct effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions to their needs
- Utilize cold calling expertise to engage potential clients within the hospital setting
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets (e.g., President's Club, high sales rankings)
- Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills and experience selling to the C-Suite
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a coachable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments
- Strong "hunter mentality" with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while maintaining focus on territory targets
