About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the Colorado territory
- Partner with key stakeholders across Emergency Departments, ICUs, Neurology, and Hospital Administration to educate on rapid seizure detection technology
- Manage complex hospital-based sales cycles, from initial discovery to C-Suite engagement and contract negotiation
- Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities
- Develop a strong pipeline of new business through proactive cold calling and account acquisition
- Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnerships and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of managing complex hospital sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in C-Suite sales and negotiating contracts with senior hospital executives
- Demonstrated expertise in cold calling and new account acquisition
- Experience with Challenger sales methodologies
- Proven success in high-ranking sales roles (e.g., President's Club or high ROI achievements)
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong ability to implement coaching and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital environments
- Clinical specialty knowledge in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care settings
- A "hunter mentality" with the ability to drive change through various hospital departments
