About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Emergency Departments, ICUs, Neurology, and Hospital Administration
  • Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships
  • Manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation with C-Suite executives
  • Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business in collaboration with Leadership and Account Managers
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities
  • Conduct effective discovery sessions to understand health system needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (e.g., President's Club, high sales rankings)
  • Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation, relationship building, and cold calling skills
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and coachability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments
  • Experience navigating and selling to C-Suite executives within large health systems
