About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the Northern California territory.
- Partner with key stakeholders across multiple hospital departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration.
- Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Manage the complex hospital-based sales cycle, from initial discovery and cold calling to C-Suite engagement and contract negotiation.
- Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Leadership and Account Managers to develop a strong pipeline of new business.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, with demonstrated success in ROI, President's Club, or high sales rankings.
- Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital environments.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and discovery skills.
- A "hunter mentality" with the ability to drive change and acquire net-new accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong ability to implement coaching and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while maintaining focus on territory targets.

- Base salary of $115,000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $250,000.
