Territory Manager, Cardiac Surgery

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic account management to promote and sell Getinge cardiac surgery products.
• Drive revenue growth through new account development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on clinical usage.
• Observe actual procedures in the operating room or ICU to understand physician needs and nuances.
• Manage the full sales process, including negotiating local and IDN contracts.
• Provide accurate 90-day rolling revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device sales experience, specifically supporting cardiac surgery therapies.
• Experience working within Operating Room (OR) or ICU environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex hospital and IDN contracts.
• Experience driving capital sales processes for products that support consumable/diagnostic sales.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
