Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial operations and drive profitable growth for premium spirits brands in Western UP
• Manage area accounts and ensure brand availability across the territory
• Track competitor activity and identify new business development opportunities
• Plan and execute commercial marketing support and promotional events
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive business development

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and distribution fundamentals
• Experience in the alcohol industry or a related industry within the assigned territory
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong commercial acumen and a business development mindset
• Ability to execute promotional activities with excellence and attention to detail
