Territory Manager, Bioprocessing

Responsibilities

• Achieve forecasted territory sales goals and grow sales for all bioprocessing products
• Represent Bioprocessing products professionally to customers, distributors, and strategic partners
• Develop and execute account-planning activities to strengthen presence at key accounts
• Prepare territory forecasts, call planning travel agendas, and submit regular reports
• Organize and execute product demonstrations for diverse audiences
• Relay market trends and competitive intelligence to the management team
• Document all territory business activity through diligent use of CRM
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians, Engineers, and Product Managers in a team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with demonstrated success selling capital equipment
• Experience selling to end users, preferably within the Life Science industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proficiency with CRM tools from a user perspective
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of bioprocess or fermentation technology
• Familiarity with the Getinge Life Science equipment portfolio
• Experience in strategic planning, negotiation, and complex sales execution
