Territory Manager, BioPharma

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives for pharmaceutical equipment and service contracts.
• Collaborate with sales specialists and service personnel to develop strategies for account penetration and bundling opportunities.
• Develop and monitor account-planning activities, providing regular progress updates and territory forecasts.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, contractors, and project managers regarding product utility and installation.
• Participate in required training seminars, meetings, and regional or national trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated experience in complex sales environments.
• Ability to travel to customer sites 2-3 days per week.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment to end users.
• Experience using a prescriptive sales methodology.
• Familiarity with the Getinge Life Science equipment portfolio.
• Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
