Territory Manager, Biologics

Responsibilities

• Promote biologic products and optimize business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with field-based employees, including reimbursement and managed markets teams, to drive product acceptance.
• Manage territory sales budgets and utilize CRM, sales reports, and forecasts to drive performance.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through effective clinical presentations and relationship building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device sales.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen.
• Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic disease states (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis, IBD, or Multiple Sclerosis).
• Experience selling IV or Sub Q biologics, including Oncology.
• Experience navigating complex reimbursement and access environments.
• Dermatology selling experience.
• Experience with biologic product launches or selling in highly competitive environments.
