Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Sell the entire product line to current and new accounts within the assigned geographical area
• Analyze customer needs and create tailored solutions to drive product adoption
• Execute comprehensive in-service training for products to all relevant healthcare personnel
• Plan and manage sales calls effectively to achieve territory objectives
• Inform customers of pricing, backorders, and company policies
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, clinical data, and competitive market activity
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily
• Complete and process required sales, expense, and product tracking reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of outside sales experience
• Knowledge of surgical procedures to effectively illustrate product benefits
• Basic understanding of anatomy and medical/surgical terminology
• Strong needs/analysis selling skills
• Understanding of contract administration
• Excellent listening and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Device Sales experience
• Two or more years of outside sales experience or equivalency
• Demonstrated human relation and communication skills
