Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales goals and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities
• Provide on-site technical support and training to healthcare professionals to ensure effective product use
• Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends to deliver valuable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
• Represent BD at industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (medical or healthcare industry experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, contract administration, and group purchasing principles
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays, within the assigned territory
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to meet auto safety standards
