About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales goals and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities
- Provide on-site technical support and training to healthcare professionals to ensure effective product use
- Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends to deliver valuable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Represent BD at industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (medical or healthcare industry experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, contract administration, and group purchasing principles
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays, within the assigned territory
- Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to meet auto safety standards
