Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned territories to improve the Industrial Air Business and support regional sales targets
• Identify and select potential customers through market analysis, databases, tenders, and surveys
• Visit customers to communicate product benefits, assess technical requirements, and present specifications
• Manage the full sales cycle, including submitting offers, negotiating prices, and finalizing deals
• Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Strengthen the channel network through dealer identification, training, and periodic evaluation
• Monitor competitor activities and compile customer feedback to assist in strategy formulation
• Ensure timely payment collection and compliance with legal and banking procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales or territory management
• Strong product or application knowledge of compressors or capital goods (utility-based products)
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Proven expertise in technical product sales, negotiation, and territory management
• Experience in key account or channel management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with a results-driven mindset
