About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and case volume by selling Invisalign and iTero digital solutions directly to dentists and orthodontists
  • Use a consultative, data-driven approach to help customers modernize their practices and implement digital technology
  • Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets through effective account management
  • Plan and execute territory and account plans based on deep analysis of business goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Educate customers on products to ensure clinical comfort and proficiency with Align solutions
  • Communicate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Manage a defined geographic territory, including onboarding new high-potential accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience (B2B, medical device, or dental industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Bilingual in French and English (required for roles in Quebec)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to engage in business discussions regarding ROI, cash flow, and P&L
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to travel to the US occasionally
