Territory Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of contracts and construction sites within the territory
• Develop, update, and monitor budgets using BBOX & AZIMO tools in compliance with national rules
• Analyze operational performance and economic results to identify risks, opportunities, and variances
• Ensure the reliability of financial data and the quality of cost allocations for contracts and sites
• Produce monthly dashboards and alert management regarding budget deviations or delays
• Contribute to period-end closings and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Support operational teams by proposing performance improvement actions and monitoring productivity gains
• Manage the financial aspects of contract renewals and contractual commitments

Requirements

• Proven expertise in economic and financial management, accounting standards, and auditing
• Proficiency in using accounting and analytical tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage budget preparation, updates, and closings
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to travel regularly (weekly) to sites in Aix-en-Provence and Avignon
