About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination of surgical assets and inventory to meet surgical requirements
- Partner with Field Operations Manager and sales organization to track and move inventory
- Outline daily routes for set and inventory movements
- Track all movements via Trello or existing inventory systems
- Adhere to hospital policies and credentialing requirements for set drop-offs and pick-ups
- Manage product expiration dates and handle replenishment and swaps
- Maintain ATEC vehicle and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Transport and move sets between hospitals and support inter-field transfer requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues for customers
- Provide on-call service and support when required
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to travel approximately 10 percent of the time
- Must be eligible to maintain credentials at required hospital facilities
