About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate coordination of surgical assets and inventory to meet surgical requirements
  • Partner with Field Operations Manager and sales organization to track and move inventory
  • Outline daily routes for set and inventory movements
  • Track all movements via Trello or existing inventory systems
  • Adhere to hospital policies and credentialing requirements for set drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Manage product expiration dates and handle replenishment and swaps
  • Maintain ATEC vehicle and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Transport and move sets between hospitals and support inter-field transfer requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues for customers
  • Provide on-call service and support when required

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 10 percent of the time
  • Must be eligible to maintain credentials at required hospital facilities
