About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Field Sales Team's KPIs to execute the business plan for the assigned territory
  • Ensure achievement of targets including store coverage, distribution, and Perfect Store standards
  • Define and cover the relevant store universe through active selling and rotating coverage models
  • Manage Field Sales tools and ensure correct input of audit data
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Field Sales Team through regular field visits and training
  • Manage Field Sales budget allocation and tracking
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in team management
  • More than 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of market sales, distribution, and consumer behavior in FMCG
  • Proven ability to build and develop talent
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Middle/High Studies in business, marketing, or similar field
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Field Sales tools
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to travel 70-80% of the time
