About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Field Sales Team's KPIs to execute the business plan for the assigned territory
- Ensure achievement of targets including store coverage, distribution, and Perfect Store standards
- Define and cover the relevant store universe through active selling and rotating coverage models
- Manage Field Sales tools and ensure correct input of audit data
- Lead, coach, and develop the Field Sales Team through regular field visits and training
- Manage Field Sales budget allocation and tracking
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in team management
- More than 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
- Strong leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of market sales, distribution, and consumer behavior in FMCG
- Proven ability to build and develop talent
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
- Middle/High Studies in business, marketing, or similar field
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Field Sales tools
- Valid driving license
- Ability to travel 70-80% of the time
