Clinically AI is a rapidly scaling healthcare AI company transforming how behavioral health and healthcare organizations manage clinical documentation, chart auditing, compliance workflows, and operational efficiency through artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market expansion and build regional market presence
• Develop strategic customer relationships and drive pipeline development
• Independently conduct sophisticated, workflow-oriented product demonstrations
• Help healthcare organizations operationalize AI inside complex clinical and compliance-driven environments
• Translate complex AI functionality into practical workflow outcomes for multiple stakeholder groups
• Act as the primary commercial owner of the assigned territory

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, behavioral health, healthcare services, or enterprise B2B sales
• Proven experience in pipeline generation, customer acquisition, or territory growth
• Demonstrated ability to conduct software demonstrations and operational discovery sessions independently
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory for customer meetings and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into behavioral health, community mental health, or Medicaid-funded organizations
• Experience selling workflow, compliance, or documentation technology solutions
• Startup or early-stage company experience
• Experience opening or scaling new geographic markets
• Existing relationships within behavioral health or healthcare provider networks
