Territory Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive store cluster sales performance and execute focus sheets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the store level
• Promote products through live demonstrations and training for retail customers and end users
• Identify incremental merchandising growth opportunities in-store
• Conduct distributor and end-user training at field days, trade events, and end-user sites
• Plan weekly schedules and manage daily tasks using Salesforce
• Maintain a range of clean and functional power tools and accessories for demonstrations

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer engagement with a passion for business development
• Experience in brand advocacy and engaging with end users
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to present product initiatives
• Experience in product training for internal or external parties is preferred
• Ability to learn technical specifications within the hardware industry
• Strong planning skills and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment
