Territory Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive distributor and store sales performance
• Grow market share by building strong customer relationships
• Promote products through live demonstrations and user instruction
• Engage with end users in key sectors such as agriculture and mining
• Identify incremental merchandising and off-location growth opportunities
• Conduct training and demonstrations at field days, in-store, and at trade events
• Manage daily tasks and planning using Salesforce
• Maintain a range of clean and functional power tools and accessories for demonstrations

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer engagement with a passion for sales and business development
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting product initiatives
• Ability to learn technical specifications within the hardware industry
• Strong planning skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience or exposure to small engine mechanics is highly regarded
• A passion for working with customers in the power tool and outdoor equipment industry
