Territory Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive distributor and store sales performance to grow market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and end users
• Promote products through live demonstrations and technical instruction for retail customers and end users
• Engage with key sectors, including agriculture and mining, to identify user needs
• Identify incremental merchandising and off-location growth opportunities in-store
• Conduct training and demonstrations at field days, trade events, and end-user sites
• Manage daily tasks and weekly planning using Salesforce to ensure accurate scheduling
• Maintain a range of clean, functional power tools and accessories for demonstrations

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer engagement with a passion for sales and business development
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage end users effectively
• Ability and interest in learning technical specifications within the hardware industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work autonomously
• A passion for working with power tools, hand tools, and outdoor power equipment
• Experience or exposure to small engine mechanics is highly regarded
