About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare territory working plans based on market research and provided data
- Monitor and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory
- Implement and execute business strategies and generate POBs for Abbott brands
- Engage with key stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies
- Organize medical camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitor brands
- Maintain discipline and punctuality regarding internal processes and timelines
Requirements
- B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and the local language
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and product portfolios
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
- Experience working with Multinational Corporations (MNCs) or top Indian pharmaceutical companies
