Territory Business Manager - Oral Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by promoting the Philips Sonicare and Zoom Oral Healthcare portfolios to dental professionals
• Build strategic sales partnerships with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants through office visits and demonstrations
• Execute direct business-to-business selling and professional product detailing
• Achieve established sales targets and increase brand recommendations (Most Often Recommended) within an assigned territory
• Maintain a deep understanding of the science and clinical significance behind oral healthcare products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP platforms, such as Salesforce or SAP
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to travel periodically for sales training, trade shows, and industry events
• Experience in B2B, dental, or medical sales is a plus
