Territory Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote OTC Oral Health products to Dentists and Hygienists through science-based selling and effective sales calls
• Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals
• Partner with the Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the assigned territory
• Strategically expand reach to new potential customers and partner with other field-based business units
• Utilize industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce, PowerBI, and Veeva) to manage customer data and engagement
• Manage product samples and maintain accurate inventory in compliance with company guidelines

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or a Bachelor's degree
• Must reside in the Houston South territory
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in outside dental, healthcare, or B2B account management
• Proven track record of strong leadership and sales performance
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement efficient territory routing plans
• High-level selling skills, including account-based selling and strategic thinking
