Territory Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote OTC Oral Health products to Dentists and Hygienists through effective sales calls and science-based selling
• Partner with the Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the assigned territory
• Act as the territory owner by thinking strategically to expand reach to new potential customers
• Utilize industry-leading CRM software including Salesforce, PowerBI, and Veeva to manage customer data
• Navigate an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals
• Manage product samples and maintain accurate inventory in compliance with company guidelines

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or a Bachelor's degree
• Must reside in the assigned territory
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in outside dental, healthcare, or B2B account management
• Proven track record of strong leadership and sales performance
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement efficient territory routing plans
• Demonstrated high-level selling skills and clinical/scientific aptitude
