About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned area and Territory Business Manager (TBM) sales targets
- Support the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
- Drive brand and product-specific target achievement
- Conduct activities and programs in alignment with division strategy
- Mentor and develop team members for future career progression
- Coach TBMs on various on-the-job aspects to improve field effectiveness
- Monitor effort parameters and execution of sales strategies
- Track brand-wise and value-wise month-on-month sales progression
Requirements
- BSc or B.Pharma background
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy area
- Strong analytical and people management skills
- Proven track record of effective communication
- Experience with MNCs or top Indian pharmaceutical companies is an advantage
