About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned area and territory sales targets, including brand and product-specific goals
- Support and facilitate team members to ensure they meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Conduct activities and programs in alignment with division strategy
- Coach and mentor team members on various on-the-job aspects to improve field effectiveness
- Monitor effort parameters and execution of sales strategies
- Track brand-wise and value-wise month-on-month sales progression
- Manage and develop the team for future growth and next-level roles
Requirements
- BSc or B.Pharma background
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a First Line Manager
- Prior experience in the same therapy area
- Strong analytical and people management skills
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a multinational corporation (MNC)
- Experience with top Indian pharmaceutical companies
