About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for General Medicine products
- Promote division products in alignment with established company strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Conduct effective field work and report daily activities via assigned online systems
- Meet established norms for call averages, coverage, and frequency coverage
- Act as a professional brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
- Fluent and confident communication skills
- Ability to travel 100% of the time within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Multinational Corporations (MNCs)
- Experience working with top-tier Indian pharmaceutical companies
