Territory Business Manager - Dental Professional Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned Central Valley territory
• Promote the Philips Sonicare and Zoom whitening portfolios to dental professionals, including dentists and hygienists
• Build strategic sales partnerships through office visits, demonstrations, and lunch and learn sessions
• Execute direct business-to-business selling and professional product detailing
• Increase brand recommendations (Most Often Recommended) for the Oral Healthcare portfolio
• Manage customer relationships and order processing using CRM and ERP platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms, specifically Salesforce and SAP
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel periodically for sales training, trade shows, and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
• Experience in the Dental or Medical device sales industry
