Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales goals and exceed targets
• Manage business planning and strategic targeting using Salesforce.com
• Demonstrate products to healthcare professionals and office staff
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers at all levels
• Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Customer Care
• Problem solve effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical device/tech or biopharma
• Required experience in diabetes sales
• Ability to travel based on business needs
• Must reside in the Maryland/Delaware geography

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior insulin pump sales experience
