About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation for the Neurology Franchise by engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers
- Develop and execute local market strategies and territory planning
- Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional team members
- Utilize market tools, resources, and CRM for timely submission of account plans and activity
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, guidelines, and approved sales messages
- Travel within the assigned Green Bay territory and occasionally beyond
Requirements
- 5+ years of specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience with product launches
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex sales strategies
- B.S. or B.A. degree required
- Neurology experience is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market access dynamics, specifically specialty pharmacy and buy & bill accounts
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual sales environment
- High level of clinical, product, and business acumen
