About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation for the Neurology Franchise by engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers
  • Develop and execute local market strategies and territory planning
  • Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional team members
  • Utilize market tools, resources, and CRM for timely submission of account plans and activity
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, guidelines, and approved sales messages
  • Travel within the assigned Green Bay territory and occasionally beyond

Requirements

  • 5+ years of specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
  • Experience with product launches
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex sales strategies
  • B.S. or B.A. degree required
  • Neurology experience is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of market access dynamics, specifically specialty pharmacy and buy & bill accounts
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual sales environment
  • High level of clinical, product, and business acumen
