About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for division products
  • Promote products in alignment with established company strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Conduct effective field work and report daily via assigned online systems
  • Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms
  • Act as a professional brand ambassador for the company

Requirements

  • BSc or B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience preferred; freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered
  • Experience in the same therapy or with MNC/top Indian pharma companies is an advantage
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
