About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the Restora division
- Promote division products in alignment with established company strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Conduct effective fieldwork independently and report daily via assigned online systems
- Meet established norms for call average, coverage, and frequency coverage
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong skills may be considered)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
- Experience working with MNCs or top Indian pharmaceutical companies
