About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the division
- Promote division products in alignment with established strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Conduct effective field work and report daily via assigned online systems
- Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms
- Act as a professional brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered)
- Experience in the same therapy area or from MNC/top Indian pharma companies is an advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods during field work
